Lunch & Learn: Leading Above The Line
Access: Members Only, Public
Operating Above the Line is open and positive; you take ownership and hold yourself accountable and responsible for your actions. Operating Below the Line is closed and negative; you don't take any responsibility for your actions and tend to blame, making excuses and deny being any part of a situation.
This one-hour webinar will provide you with skills to:
- Understand where you are operating: Above The Line or Below The Line
- Understand your team - where are they operating?
- Learn to use the 4-question quadrant to move people Above The Line
Leading Above The Line can lead to:
- Greater collaboration
- More engagement
- Increased responsibility
- More creativity and innovation
- Increased independence
