With support from the Government of Canada and the Manitoba Government, Abilities Manitoba has launched a DSP recruitment and awareness campaign to attract Direct Support Professionals to apply to work in the Community Living sector.

A variety of stakeholders including people with lived disability experience, service organizations, and current Direct Support Professionals supported the development of the campaign's messaging and strategy. The campaign is set to run until March 31, 2023, showing digital media adds through a number of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google. Winnipeg advertising also featured transit shelter ads.
