Rights Audit - Sample
This document helps assess what rights people are exercising and what more could be possible in the area of rights. This audit could be used annually to create a conversation with people served around what rights and freedoms are important to them and where they are feeling restricted. Information from this audit, should be used to address rights restrictions by changing environments and supports or by providing more information and education to people so that they can be safe without restrictions.
